Terms & Conditions
- Points can only be redeemed if the required point redemption level is acquired prior to the redemption transaction.
- A member may not make more than two redemptions in the same day, at any reward level. Only one redemption is available per transaction.
- Points may not be redeemed towards the purchase of the following products/services: consultation fees, gift cards, and delivery charges (where applicable).
- Points will not be issued on any sales item.
- When redeeming points, if the member does not wish to maximize the reward dollar value, the remaining reward dollar value associated will be forfeited. For example, if the member has accumulated 10000 points and wishes to redeem the points on a transaction of $16.00 before tax, then the difference between the $18.00 reward value and the $16.00 pre-tax purchase transaction (i.e. $2.00) will be forfeited.
- Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Health on Main reserves the right to add or delete products and services eligible for points redemption at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
- Health on Main reserves the right to modify or terminate its reward program at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
