Medicinal Ingredients: Prunus dulcis (Sweet Almond Oil) (seed) 3%, Capsaicin (Capsicum frutescens fruit) 0.1% Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Glucoside, Citric Acid, Purified Water, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Heptyl Undecylenate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Oryza sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Stearic Acid, Sodium Stearoyl Lactate, Beeswax-White, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate

Capsaicin temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: simple backache, lumbago, strains and sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis. Sweet Almond Oil temporarily protects and helps relieve minor skin irritation and itching. For arthritic pain: May take 1-2 weeks to produce beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. For all other symptoms: use as directed for 2-6 weeks. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.

Read leaflet inside carton before use. Use only as directed. Adults >= 18 years: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use for children under 18 years. Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until solution vanishes. WASH HANDS WITH SOAP AND COLD WATER AFTER APPLYING.
