ENG: Ravintsara essential oil is used in aromatherapy to temporarily relieve cough due to colds.Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply evenly thinly on the breast at 8 o'clock, 3 times a day. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes up to 3 times daily. / FR: L'huile essentielle de Ravintsara est utilisee en aromatherapie pour soulager temporairement la toux due au rhume.Topique (Adultes) : Mélanger 1 à 5 gouttes dans 1/2 cuillère à thé (2,5 ml) d’huile végétale ; appliquer uniformément en couche mince sur la poitrine aux 8 heures, 3 fois par jour.
