Description

If you’re a woman in your menopausal years, your doctor may have recommended taking calcium for bone support. Care should be taken with calcium supplementation, as you don’t want to overload on it. The form of calcium you’re taking also matters: if hard to absorb, supplements can potentially cause more problems than they solve. Health First Cal Mag Supreme is formulated with Aquamin™ calcium, a sustainable, red algae source with a unique honeycomb structure that makes it more easily absorbed, with less incidence of gastric upset and constipation than other sources. Aquamin™ has even been shown to be as effective as glucosamine in reducing joint pain and stiffness!
